​You may collect our kit after the consultation. Or, our kit may be sent out to our clients as soon their order has been processed. The home kit will be sent out from our office and will arrive at the client’s chosen address. Kits are packaged discreetly.

Our DNA test kits contain the following:

• Swabs for up to 3 people, each packed in plain envelopes. Each swab has a single cotton-ended tip—ensure not to touch this tip with your fingers.

• Instructions explaining how to properly collect the samples using the DNA test kit.

• A consent form, which must be filled out to authorize laboratory testing. Without the completed form, we will not be able to analyze your samples.

• A pre-addressed envelope for returning your samples. You will need to affix a stamp before sending the samples back. However, we highly recommend using a courier or tracked mail service to ensure you can track your kit and samples.

Note: Please follow these basic precautions to avoid failed samples or inconclusive DNA test results:

• Do not eat or drink anything for one hour prior to testing, as particles or chemicals from food or drink can affect the DNA sample.

• Do not smoke for one hour prior to testing.
